All in-stock items will be dispatched within 0-2 working days after receiving payment. We offer global shipping services.
Custom orders
Products not marked as “in stock” will be considered custom-made and will follow the following production and delivery schedule:

We take quality very seriously. Each doll is inspected for quality before shipping. When your doll arrives, please open the box and check it carefully.
If you find any damage not caused by human factors (such as damage during transportation), do not use the doll. Please take clear photos and contact us within 14 days of receipt through shimingyuan@olybioj.com. After confirming the issue, we will provide a replacement or refund.
Please note:
If the doll has been used, we will not accept returns under any circumstances.
A 50% restocking fee may be charged depending on the situation.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We start processing orders quickly (usually within 2 hours), so please double-check all information before placing your order.
Within 12 hours: You can cancel your order and receive a full refund for free.
After 12 hours: A 20% cancellation fee will be charged depending on the production progress.
After 24 hours: A 25% cancellation fee will be charged depending on the production progress.
Once a tracking number is issued, the order cannot be cancelled.
If you have sent a cancellation request via email but have not received a reply, please do not worry – we will process your request based on the timestamp of your email.
Damage Compensation and Warranty Policy
We only offer refunds or replacements for items that are damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective item:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Attach photos or videos showing the damage.

Before use, please thoroughly inspect your doll from head to toe. Please read the instructions carefully. We do not accept returns or exchanges for damage caused by improper use. Please handle all products with care.

Undeliverable Orders
Please carefully check your shipping information before submitting your order. Your shipping label will be accurately printed based on the information you enter.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
In this case, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
