1. Processing Time

  • In-stock items
    Orders of in-stock products are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Custom-made items
    Products not marked as “in stock” are made to order.
    Production time: 3–7 business days.

Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays or under special circumstances.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery time varies by destination:

  • United States: 7–21 business days
  • Germany, Italy, Spain, France: 7–21 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–21 business days
  • Japan, Australia: 7–21 business days
  • Taiwan, Malaysia: 7–13 business days
  • Other regions may vary depending on local logistics conditions.

These are general estimates. Actual delivery time may be affected by customs delays, extreme weather, or other unforeseen events.


3. Shipping Restrictions

Due to logistics and customs regulations, certain regions may not be serviceable. (We don’t ship to Islamic countries, like Afghanistan, Pakistan, Jordan, Libya, Kosovo, Iraq etc..)
If you are unsure whether your location is eligible for delivery, please contact our support team before placing an order.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
You may track shipping progress through the designated carrier’s website.


5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Custom-made or oversized products may incur additional shipping charges depending on the destination.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees, if applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.

If a parcel is returned due to refusal to pay customs charges, the order may be subject to processing or restocking fees.


7. Failed Delivery & Returned Packages

Please ensure the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete.

If a package is returned due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address,
  • failed delivery attempts, or
  • refusal to receive the parcel,

a processing or restocking fee may apply.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the parcel has been dispatched.


8. Shipping Damage

Please inspect the package upon delivery.
If the item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48–72 hours of receipt.
  2. Provide photos or videos of the damage.
  3. Our support team will assist with replacement or compensation based on the assessment.
